      Good salary compared to other consultant firms in Spain. Possibility to travel

      Depends on the business line, but in the small ones (at least for my experience) there are to many junior employees against just a few of higher positions and these situation make more difficult the learning process and you are alone in almost avery project In most of the projects you have no personal life

      You learn extremely fast and meet lot of people in the business. You also grow very fast compared with another companies.

      Cons

      Tons of pressure and tons of work hours. Very poor work/life balance.
