      I have worked in the firm for 3 years and I have been assigned to 6 different projects, learning a lot from all of them on both technical/functional perspectives and having contact and support of colleagues from the firm working on similar projects to mine in other institutions. The office in Poland is growing at a fast pace giving you a great chance to develop yourself while having exposure with the firm's clients from the first days of your project. Unlike in other companies, there are several opportunities to work abroad from the start of your career and the expat life of the company's employees is considerably good, with expenses, flat and flybacks covered.

      Cons

      The difficulty of your job depends on the project you are put on, you have to be a fast learner to keep up with your tasks and you might need to do extra hours. Even when the office in Poland is growing it is still not as big as other offices of the company and administrative and IT requests are attended from Spain so it might take longer to get things solved than in other offices.
