      Good oportunities Quick big responsabilities achievement If you want to travel there are a lot of projects abroad Good remuneration and promotion 2 years Masters at ICADE

      There are not too much projects in Madrid area, in case you dont want to travel A lot of work, very long days, weekdays social life sacrifice Firsts years your assignments can not be very influenced by what you want to do

      Great people, but not as top-down transparent as it seems

      Pros

      Colleagues are great and the working environment is good.

      Cons

      There is not enough transparency between the partners/managers and the rest of workers, it is very hard to change the typology of projects you carry out and people might feel stuck in the same kind of projects for a long time, even if it is in different clients.
