EVERYONE helps you when you need it, even though they may be in another project, Even if the workload can be high, you learn a lot while doing it and can be usefull even if you don´t want to be in consultancy in the long run. Working atmosphere is positive among te teams. Very high exposure to high position workers from the clients. Many resources spent on training.
Cons
Longer hours than many jobs. Low salary at the beginning. The companys commitment to meet the deadlines means you´re under pressure to finish in time.
