      long hours, most of projects are quite long and you may have few different experiences depending on your luck. Heavily dependent on spanish clients (Santander, BBVA)

      -Peers and teams are fun to work with and result driven -Annual increases are above market average -Lots of vacation days since day 1 -Infinite learning curve in lots of financial, regulatory and IT themes -Paid masters degree

      -Long working hours (9 am to 9 pm at best). No LIFE -Very little on boarding when approaching a new project -Lack of Project Management department -Pay is average given the time you're investing at work -Frequently, spanish people have the upper hand
