      Fairly easy interview process start to end

      Cons

      Not good enough. Lacks quality and you can see it really fast. The company will not make you grow in knowledge or salary. Unattractive company

      It is a stable job with not many layoffs

      Cons

      Very long hours even when there is no work to do (not strange to finish after 10pm). Salaries are quite low compared to other companies. No benefits at all, no bonus, no pension fund, no phone... nothing. Annual salary increases are quite low Work consists in powerpoint and excel 85% of the time.

      Usually they do a lot of software for financial enterprises as they are especialized in regulation (spanish national bank regulation).

      Cons

      You work over the schedule. There are some task that are not enjoyable at all.
