Pros
- If you are noticed and have great technology skills, you will likely work on many projects within your first year and be at the top of the list for new projects. - Great exposure to databases, financial reporting, business intelligence tools, and important financial regulations. - Young company (age of management generally >28) and everyone is smart, driven, and friendly - Lots of after work social events - If you know Spanish, big plus - Average length of projects >3 months - Work directly with clients and have opportunity to build relationship with clients - Good work and work attitude is noticed - Given greater responsibility when show can handle it - Training is given priority and taken seriously by management
Cons
- There are many projects that feel like contracting instead of consulting (meaning doing the work that full time employees should be handling) - Salary feels low for industry when compare to hours worked, benefits, and type of projects - With new clients or clients that are worrying about the project, there is sometimes a culture of micromanagement and always being at your desk (look like you are working) - Some managers are a little more Spanish in their management style, which can conflict with American work culture - The hours for the consulting industry are okay, however it's possible to work elsewhere and be paid more for less time in the office. If stuck on a boring project, the hours do not feel worth it.

Pros
- Great salary compared to other consultancy firms (Big 4) - The posibility to work internationally as MS has projects outside of Spain - If you have a good partner, they care about your preferences in terms of the project - Young people with top CVs.
Cons
- It is a "hidden" firm. They do not want to be popular so it is traduced in almost no one knows anything about the firm if you are not in consultancy spanish envronment. - There are a lot of projects about reporting or Data transformation/Management. They do not have Corporate Finance projects (M&A, Reestructuring...) - Some of the projects are not for a MS Consultant. For example, there could be projects where you will have to do some work the client does not want to do, so they hire a consultant. - Poor work-life balance. - High hierarchy - Poor employee rating system
