      Pros

      Good working environment, excellent learning experience, great people to work with. Fast-paced career, lots of opportunities to grow. Traveling experiences, opportunities to work and live abroad. Good remuneration in the mid-term.

      Cons

      Long hours, really demanding company. Requires a really strong commitment, only recommended for hard working people who want to develop their careers and learn.

      Very strong culture; Lots of training, specially on computer tools; Fast paced career development

      Cons

      I was told on my interview process it was a Strategy Consulting company, such as McKinsey, BCG etc. However, it is totally focused on providing IT consulting for Banks and Finance Industry (80%+ of projects are focused on IT); Low salary (really low)
