What I like most about MS is that I had the chance to learn from a very qualified team, as well as through the training courses that are organised throughout the year. I’m also learnt a lot from the client itself. I’ve had the chance to go to meetings with management roles at the bank. The projects are very intense. They give you responsibilities from day one and I’ve been promoted every single year, thus efforts are recognised. They have a career development programme with which performance is reviewed twice yearly. They also have a mentoring scheme, which allows you to indicate the sort of projects you’re most interested in. It’s a very international group with a own values. They organise charity, sport and social events.
