      Pros

      They hire people with cero experience and offer a somewhat competitive salary for a recently graduated young person.

      Cons

      They will put that person in projects that have no relation to his or hers formation and expect them to perform. Projects are usually extremelly boring and tedious and will require insane amount of work time to get completed. Be prepared to work 12 hours a day.

      - People are amazing, friendly and outgoing - They hire a lot of young faces who just finished their masters, so you will have a very relatable cohort - It's good for people with strong interest in the financial sector and risk management specifically

      Cons

      - The pay below average salary - You get put on bench for up to 3 months at a time - They really on one client for up to 80% of their work - HR seemed very disorganized
