Cons

It does not matter if you do not have anything else to do one day, you hace to stay until tour client por superior leaves. Depending in the projects, you yave to work long hours

They offer a carrer path if in a long term, also professional growth and it´s well paid

Cons

The biggest downside is basically on the project you are assigned. Often the project where you are involved appears to never finish and the main idea to be in a Consulting Company is to be able to work on different projects
