      Pros

      Good training potential, will sponsor qualifications and language courses. Potential for international work experiences in over 20 countries. Good team members

      Cons

      Politics are important here. Haven't gotten much response from HR with regards to language courses or qualification training. Tedious tasks, and a lot of passing on of blame makes work stressful at times and its easy to feel left out.

      Pros

      Good formation. Paid Master in ICADE business school. Good salary and excellent pay rise. Other benefits like taxi if you are working out of Madrid.

      Cons

      Long hours, projects not interesting most of the cases, demanding company. Tutor programme seems to be not listened since they barely change or try to do what you ask.( project change, change to another office, travels...)

      Career opportunities, challenging new industries, clients & geographies, a truly global company with humble and ambitious professionals with excellent team work (people fully oriented to client & bus development and not to internal issues)

      Cons

      anything challenging and rewarding requires effort. Not really a con. Doing well whatever is important for the client means that you need to be open-minded to perform in many types of engagement
