Yearly salary review, of up to 20% percent increase, Usually around 12% - 15%. Fantastic people all around. A lot of young people so you make great friends, In 85% of the projects you have a 9:00-19:00 day schedule. But if you are unluky and find yourself in the remaining 15% its game over. Extremely long days like strategic consulting firms like BCG, Bain etc.. and getting paid half.
Cons
Can be boring projects you are working but you get out on time. The yearly reviews depend to much on the superior you have. You can basically be doing close to nothing the hole year and get a 17% salary increase because little to nothing is expected from you. On the other hand you can be working like a madman and get the same increase because your boss expects a lot from you.
