Teams have access to global partners and visibility from day one, which is both challenging and rewarding. Career progress is also supported and encouraged. Overall there is a strong supportive environment, where knowledge-sharing is encouraged locally and across countries. Team members always show a deep sense of commitment with the deliverables, with colleagues and clients.

      Cons

      There is room for improvement in social benefits (for example, gym partnerships or wellness perks). Team-building events could also be more frequent to further strengthen relationships outside of project work.
