No organization of daily operations, policies or rules change daily without it being in writing so officers and supervisors walk around not knowing what to do, MTC has no say so on how they run their own facility because ICE tells them what they can or can't do, detainees refuse to follow staffs orders and if staff try to enforce the rules they take a chance on getting fired, I was fired for defending a detention offer from being attacked by a detainee and was fired for following orders given by a Lieutenant, you have to be a victim if you want to keep your job, necessary training isn't given on company policies, don't get paid for paid lunches and breaks,beware!!! This company is not trustworthy and dangerous to work for. Staff are fired without cause and can't do anything about it

Not a lot of upward movement. The company seems to reward length of stay rather than performance.
