Pros

Great machines, Programming team is among the best I have seen. Fastems Cell is excellent.

Cons

Lack of good leadership. They do not follow their own Core Values. Pay is low, No wage Increases. This is not a place to learn to hone your skills as a tradesman.

flexible schedule, easy work, will hire anyone

Cons

terribly managed, no advancement opportunities, lied to everyone about their "plans for the future", boring work, toxic environment, very low wages. Strangely enough they don't have neither a short or long term mentality, there's no mentality at all, everything is improvised, their long term plans oppose their short term ones and vice versa, completely asinine. All around a terrible place to work.
