      The management are too stressful, always wanting you to focus on standards when you have to multitask and serve customers too. Trying to force targets when it's clear the store won't reach target. Everyone keeps speaking Spanish around you. The pay isn't the best either.

      Fixed hours - very inflexible (the main reason I left) managers can be very demanding, person sales targets are demanding (need to sell £100 per hour - with no commisions
