Pros

The fashion pieces your store gets are amazing, all the people are very kind, great bonus structure and paid holidays

Cons

Very difficult working for a store in the U.S. when your corporate partners are in Spain- the time difference can make it difficult to connect. Also, if you don’t speak Spanish, it can also be difficult to build genuine relationships because they tend to default in Spanish when speaking on calls or sending out newsletters/emails/updates. There also wasn’t any structure, which typically I would enjoy having the freedom to be creative, but I’ve learned I’d rather have the structure on they’re expectations so you can manage them well and coach your employees to it. Oh…you also have to wear the same thing every day.

Pros

Mango is investing in cutting-edge technology to equip the employees with innovative tools that streamline processes across various areas. This not only enables the team to focus on achieving outstanding sales results but also fosters a positive and enriching organizational culture. Additionally, offer a highly competitive bonus and commission structure that rewards exceptional performance. Mango provide extensive training programs designed to develop and empower employees, giving them the opportunity to grow professionally, advance within the company, and build a strong career at Mango.

Cons

One potential challenge is the time difference between the headquarters in Barcelona and the main offices in the United States, which can sometimes make communication a bit more complex. However, with the company’s ongoing expansion, this is gradually improving as we continue to grow. Currently, we have 45 stores in the U.S., and operating hours have been extended to enhance customer service and provide additional support for employees within the organization. Additionally, the company’s structure is constantly evolving—not necessarily a downside, as it creates new opportunities for employees to take on roles that align with their interests and career goals.
