Company itself seems great, from what you hear from the higher ups and that meet the team in Spain. Bonus program is good, if you can make the high goals.

Cons

The 2 managers in charge in the US are a clique and make decisions based on who is a part of their group. They will fire anyone and everyone at the drop of a hat. I’ve never seen so many terminations in my 30 years in retail.

Meeting some of the brightest leaders and best people in general to work with, lots of information at your fingertips on their internal database, visuals team is very talented..

Cons

Not enough emphasis on training, software is not up to date, needing more support while expanding the companies presence, promotions done with more training beforehand so the individual is fully prepared (followup is necessary to ensure they are learning the materials)
