Employees are driven, dedicated and very kind. People care about you here. There are plenty of opportunities for learning new things. It is rare to pigeon holed at this company.

Cons

No real path to advancement. They have made strides, but have a far way to go in making promotions consistent and fair. Projects aren't executed consistently because company lacks overall protocol and procedure for caring projects out.

There’s no real leadership there. The company lies about its expertise because it’s just focusing on money and less about its employees. No structure at all. Company needs to close its doors and let real consulting companies do the work.
