While I acknowledge that the job can be laid back and easy, contributing to a potential weight gain over time, the negative aspects, such as gossip and small-mindedness, are concerning. The disregard for mental health and a general sense of existing rather than living as a human being further contribute to a less-than-ideal work environment.
