Great work and relaxed environment with very welcoming and friendly people. Free comprehensive health insurance through Aetna and 2% contribution to 401 plan, life insurance plan also included at no cost for the employee.

Cons

Limited professional growth opportunities, deficient training programs, below-average pay than in the insurance industry.

They give you lots of time off when they feel like it. And you leave early every friday

Cons

Work 9 hr days to leave early on Fridays, unorganized, bonus is $50 for 2 yrs then $100. My raise was 63 cents
