Work at Home, company culture, holiday schedule, time off!

Cons

We have an option to apply for internal opportunities, interview and transfer within the company. I love this, but when coworkers move to other areas you have to start over with a new team. Great for them but miss my team!

Trained you, work at your own pace, ticket system.

Cons

Pay was about 21 an hour and was primarily a hybrid job so unless you aren't spending money at all you likely aren't saving all that much. You can also say RPGLE isn't in demand much else in the industry unless you are a senior at it.
