Friendly environment, good life balance and work balance, good relationship with upper management. Great hours, get to leave at 12:30 on Fridays. Often have work celebrations such as texans day, thanksgiving lunch and random food events!!

Pros

Onboarding process was easy and efficient; everything could be done quickly online. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. They seem to really want to see you grow in your career and foster a welcoming, learning environment. They also hold some fun events throughout the year like snow cones, ice cream social, or bring food trucks. The cafe downstairs has good food. And depending on your department, you can get out early on Fridays.

Cons

My commute is really long, so I spend a lot of time in traffic
