Zero communication..This company never is proactive , always reactive. Always understaffed and poorly organized.Very poor growth potential in your career,but if your looking for a job creative,poor growth and highly disorganized this is the place for you.

The owner/CEO has given an excellent culture to the company. I have enjoyed my time working for Manhattan Life very much. When they see you work hard and see your talent they do reward you for that . I like that there is a lot of diversity and that there is an open office culture because there is opportunity to let your ideas or concerns be known and taken into consideration. I look forward to working there for many years and know that my professional career will grow as well by being there. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to find a good company to work for.
