Pros
Overall, above average pay and good benefits. Time off when you need it. Paycheck doesn't bounce.
Cons
Very click staff, you can fit in well with one group, but not the next group right beside you. People are shown favoritism. It's all about politics. The management is very two-faced and clicky. You must watch your back. I would rather work at an airline than this company.
