      It is a family environment. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      It is run like a Ma and Pop. There are no policies nor procedures that are written and no one is held accountable. When write ups are given they are fluff with no substance.

      Ability to think on your feet. Dealing with dealers problems and finding new and exciting ways to help them.

      Cons

      Company wide transformation that started a year ago is great for the bottom line $. Overall the process has chased away the dealer body and demoralized the employees that are left can't cope with all the changes.
