Absolutely no training what so ever. Disorganized, much time wasted with people chit chatting while your waiting to move the next vehicle. Sitting at least a 1/3rd of your day in a van doing nothing. They should change their name to Mayhem. As they give you out dated maps of the lots, nothing is numbered.
