Some people are weird, even unstable and you have to deal that, and that's normal, but this place had some real unique characters come and go. It can come with a lot of drama when fellow employees work in close knit groups and have a social life together outside of work as well. As for the cars, it can be a good experience driving new, clean cars or it can be a horrible experience if you're moving repossessed junkers where clearly the owner was a disgusting slob, or worse even living out of their vehicle. Make sure to check the seat for regular items such as used condoms or syringes before sitting down and always wear gloves. Minimum wage. Most likely little or no room for advancement. Outdoor work so it can be extremely hot (120 degrees and up) inside sitting cars in the summer, and freezing, snow covered cars needing defrosting, brushing off and warming up. It takes a toll after moving 40 or more cars with no working windows, air, heat, etc. You have to dress appropriately.
