Pros

They paid pretty good. I was there for almost 7 years and started by answering phones and creating bills of lading and I finished as an account coordinator. The managers (on in particular) were outstanding. Vacation time was standard. They were pretty flexible with needing to come in late because of doctors appts or personal issues.

Cons

The managers were great but they could have done a better job at putting their foot down when it came to office conduct. Some people joked around too much and the managers didn't do much about it. Too much talking in the work place is very distracting. They also needed to implement team building exercises.

Pros

Overall, the company seems to care about its employees and with new upper management, they seem to have the right direction figured out. Getting there will take time and if it does, it will hopefully solve some of the issues that there are. Most management seems pretty good.

Cons

Because there are so many auctions, they are not all on the same page. Some are very well run and some are not so having to deal with all of them can sometimes be tough. It has gotten better over the years but has some work still to be done. There is some disconnect from the sales force to the auction locations.
