      Pros

      There is no pros to this position. If you’re in need of money this badly you can make the same if not more working at McDonald’s.

      Cons

      Underpaid. Overworked. Mandatory overtime every week Will get fired even if weather conditions are dangerous and you aren’t meeting quota. Everything is completely unorganized their entire system doesn’t even work making you have to redo the same cars over and over. Each department doesn’t communicate. If you are a temp you will take a pay cut from $1-$3 pay cut. Makes you use your own phone service to receive lists. Benefits sound all good but making $15/ hour you can’t even afford to pay for the benefits. Managers will fit you when trying to go on strike.

      Manheim has been nothing but advantageous in terms of helping me advance within my career, they have plenty of growth opportunities and accommodate to your needs.

      Pros

      Great company as a whole to work for if you are full-time. Pays for college courses so you can obtain a degree.

      Cons

      HR doesn't communicate well within the company. They tell you that you can move around in the company easy starting day one that you are hired. That's not the case at all. Even if they have an opening that is the same exact job you have current, it's not a guarantee you'll get the job.
