Part of a multi-national enterprise with excellent benefits. Strong family culture. Steady Work.

Cons

As part of lot operations 95% of your time is spent outdoors in all weather conditions. Constantly on your feet for long periods of time. The company is massive, and getting things done on a personal level are confusing and complicated. Human Resources is in need of a huge overhaul in policies, and implementing them.
