Pros
You get to rifle through the cars that are on the lot to take any possessions you would like and NOBODY cares! Not even management! Great work life balance. Awesome cafeteria with great food. Good location -- close to home.
Cons
No smoking allowed inside but you can smoke outside. People don't take responsibility for their behavior and use deflection, blame and denial to avoid dealing with the severe flaws in this company. Since this company is connected to the repo industry there are some pretty shady characters involved. When you ask questions, everybody just claims they know nothing and it's not their responsibility.
