Pay is not the best. Mechanics are a dime a dozen these days and we are still not paid what we are worth. Inflation is the highest in 40 years and they are not compensating for our worthless dollar. 30 an hour is not a liveable wage anymore people, this isn't the 70's. I was not a fan of them trying to make us get vaccinated. Every single mechanic stood their grand and stood up for what we believed in and remained unvaccinated. We were told if we were not vaccinated by October of 2021 our jobs would be terminated. If this did not get blocked we would have been jobless. It was a very stressful time for many people in the company but we were not going to back down.

Poor management, they don’t listen to you when you voice concerns or have opinions on how things should go. They will also fire you at the drop of a hat for something that shouldn’t be that bad because of supervisors who shouldn’t be supervisors throwing a fit over some insignificant. Don’t apply here if you like to have fun or have a good work ethic, only apply if you are lazy and don’t know what you are doing.
