Good pay, great teamwork ethic. Scheduling is pretty fair. No harrassment for taking a sick day being sick.

Cons

Interacting with different departments is frowned upon. Cannot buy a vehicle if you work here. Parking inside gate is prohibited unless you are a manager.

Cons

I was ruined by a terrible general manager. Wasn't a leader at all. Terrible business man to boot and has run facility into the ground. Corporate doesn't pay attention to employee contributions. Promotions are typically given to people within hiring managers inner circle.
