I've been with the company for 5 years, and the only reason I've stayed for as long as I have is the benefits. Good insurance for full time employees, generous PTO.

Cons

Management doesn't know how to lead, they just know how to direct. They hire horrible people, and wonder why their good employees are always leaving. The good employees have to carry the weight of the whole department because management is hiring their friends who don't do anything. Favoritism runs rampant at my auction, and it's so obvious. There's no chance for upward growth unless you're friends with a manager.

Love working at Manheim! They offer generous PTO and Salary. Awesome hours and no WEEKENDS!! (For most employees)

Cons

Departments are compartmentalized so it is sometimes difficult to meet piers or to know who to go to, if you haven't already needed them previously.
