Management is very bias and shows favoritism to their hang out buddies No advancement unless you are willing to become a yes man with no opinion of your own Some management thrive off bullying employees. Unorganized Some management is not the right fit Benefits are not great but they are something Very low morale

      fast paced financially viable-you know you will be paid every pay period health benefits

      Cons

      they don't support advancement they continue to destroy employee morale customers are pissed horrible favortism career-worthy only for certain people you'll be here 10 to 15 years watching everyone else who just arrived get promotions while you keep getting looked over.
