Pros
-- Constant Challenges working to improve the business model -- Management listens to their employees for the most part -- Regular reviews, so you always know where you stand. Poor performance should never be a surprise. -- Always getting to learn new skills and there are plenty of opportunities to dive in and learn the different areas of the business. -- Upper Management is generally very interested in what the work force in general is thinking. -- Benefits are great, many employee's have the opportunity to work remotely. -- People genuinely seem to care about each other and are willing to pitch in to help out or teach things that will make you better.
Cons
-- Training is available and abundant, but there is rarely time to dive in unless you do it on your own time, due to the speed at which the business moves. -- Pay could be slightly better, but considering the quality of the benefits, the work life balance and office life, it's an acceptable trade off.
