-great growth potential and competitive pay: I have seen many people get promoted even from entry level into management positions -flexibility: I have been both part-time and full-time and they have always been really good about my schedule, as well as mothers in the company, people with illnesses, etc. -travel: maybe less so after Covid, but we get a lot of opportunities to travel

Smart owners who have been at this business for most of their lives. Great working environment. Unlimited potential for growth especially in sales (where I work). Very employee and environmentally friendly. Yeah, they LOVE animals!

Cons

Nothing negative comes to mind. Maybe, they make my previous employers look sad by comparison.

Values employee imput, assists employees attain knowledge and empowerment, makes improvements to company systems and restructures company so the employees and company are aligned on goals, expectations, and success. Even when duties are seem to be may the management team rallies to help prioritize and set time aside for workers. The current management team worked hard to turn around the ill will fermented by the ex-managers. We are now in a place of peace.

Cons

Prior management team, circa 2022 and earlier devalued employees. Turn employees against each other and thrived on taking full control of operations to seem as they were saviors. Thank heavens they are gone.
