      Lots of history and experience at the company, but slowly going downhill

      Casual and relaxed environment. Good benefits. Good pay.

      Cons

      Company has slowly been going downhill. No one seems to care and there is no follow through. Management is too focused on revenue driven deadlines instead of making a good product that will help the company long term. No longer a real manufacturer, everything is being outsourced - now just an assembly shop.
