Thank you for taking the time to review your employment with Manpower. I’m glad to hear that you had a positive experience at the company. We've recently formed a communications team to tackle the lack of communications to our workforce - we hope to see an improvement as we will do our best to look after our Talent. However, I appreciate that there is still much more we can do in this area and we are committed as a business to continue making improvements. Thank you for your feedback, and I wish you well in whatever you are doing now.

Absolutely zilch after they have you in the door after promising the world

Cons

If you Google micromanagement you shall see the management within manpower! Dependent on which 'team' your in is dependent on your success. You have never to voice your opinion of how something may be working. Same behaviours from certain managers result in same behaviours from consultants-they leave! Stay well away-if the job ad seems too good to be true it is. Iv met nobody in the business given a car for hitting targets in 3 months and OTE of 30k+ in first year. If you reach 2 years with this company you deserve a medal. No morals at all-childlike behaviour from managers who lack leadersip skills and that is not only in Edinburgh but throughout the company. You don't get paid for lunch-yet expected to work through it. Expected to contact candidates (who have no chance of getting jobs as manpower have none but just using them for leads from CV's) in your own time at night or weekends-wasting everyone's time especially those vulnerable candidates who think they may have a job opportunity from that 'client' you are still in 'talks' with! Also if you are not liked or don't perform-there is no further training-you are out.....seen it happen to so many other consultants...and then their process starts all over again...hire-leave or they are fired

I appreciate your feedback and am disappointed we have not lived up to your expectations. I can appreciate how frustrating this must've been for you. We have recently implemented a coaching for managers program within the business and hope that this should help. Any additional details you can provide us with via the following link would be extremely useful in making sure this doesn't happen again: http://bit.ly/2LMnhVH. Many thanks.
