Great global company, not so great local operation

Pros

ManpowerGroup is a leader in the talent industry and the time expended there is a great opportunity to learn and to grow if you have the right connections in the local operation

Cons

The Colombian operations needs an update on the leadership positions, one that be able to live the values, attributes and initiatives that the global corporation talks about and get lost in the many years of old fashioned ideas and an impressive lack of business strategy, sales hunger and real, actual people engagement.

Pros

- You don't have to deal with the legal implications of being an independent contractor.

Cons

- I didn't feel that my best interests were at heart. My representative admitted that their first priority was onboarding new employees and if you were doing well enough, they never touched base. - It is very difficult to get a raise. Even though my job responsibilities and managers changed, my representative was not willing to negotiate more pay for me. - I did not feel associated to Manpower at all. They were just the name of the company on my paycheck.
