Good job, lots of opportunity to make a difference
Pros
-My reporting line was really good all the way up to board members - it was a very supportive environment and people were approachable. -I felt like my inputs were valued and ideas and suggestions for improvements/changes were possible and even encouraged. -Really nice company and co-workers, and a lot less aggressive and intense than other recruitment agencies I've worked for and never got bombarded by emails out of hours and at weekends which was so refreshing -No other company I've worked for has done automatic annual salary increases and they did take steps to address widespread employee dissatisfaction regarding holiday and flexible benefits
Cons
-holiday and flexible benefits were addressed this year but still pretty poor compared to competitors -cost is always a consideration, so teams were lean, however never had a justifiable request to recruit declined and able to ramp up quickly using temp workforce to support during busy times
