      I can honestly say I love my job, it is interesting and exciting and gives me the challenge that I want.

      Pros

      Manpower have many opportunities to progress your career into your chosen path and even into something that you never dreamed you would be doing. I can honestly say that I have never had two days the same since I started. I think that Manpower is a fantastic employer who is interested in you as an individual.

      Cons

      We've not had a pay rise in the last year but then not many companies have - have they? And honestly, I can't think of anything negative to say.

      Pros

      Great people to work with. Excellent senior management team. I've been promoted 4 times during my years with the company and have received excellent training and development.

      Cons

      Communications can be disjointed. Typical large company issue, but we're thinking more innovatively about how to improve in this area, using social media to its' full potential.

      Pros

      Manpower UK has great employees, great management, and great clients. As a sales person Manpower's reputation opens doors for me, allowing me to sit at the top table with the UK's top organisations. I am able to consult and sell across the widest range of services. Strong, consistent service delivery allows me to grow clients and case studies. Support, SMEs and thought leadership from across the UK and the globe is icing on the cake. What more could a sales person want? Oh, one more thing. I've raised my family while working at Manpower UK thanks in part to the company's culture of work/life balance.
