Work/Life Balance in some departments is okay, in others it doesn't exist.

Cons

This company is severly struggling financially. They have just laid off 40+ people and this isn't the first time - it's a revolving door. Poor leadership, lack of direction and bad financial decisions abound. For a staffing/HR company, their onboarding is horrendous

Manpower is a company that cares cares not just about its clients, but their employees and associates as well. They are always seeking to educate, improve and share knowledge and job training with clients and all employees. It is a professional organization with a lot of integrity. It makes over 400 courses available online to all employees and associates and customers if they wish. Excellent pay and benefits. The company is always seeking to improve its operations and keep all employees current in technology and business trends.

Cons

So far, no complaints. There is a lot of reporting to be done by managers, but it all works to keep progress and sales moving forward.
