Pros

Good business learning & career opportunities. Open working culture, employees can contribute with ideas. Hi ethics, respect for colleagues and candidates. More flexible, less beaurocratic than very big corporations. Company leader push for integrity not only performance.

Cons

Not very high salaries. Big expectations on results. Limited investments in training. Some jobs have repetitive routine.

Pros

Shift work with full-time hours and the option of weekend overtime. Pays weekly. Shifts never change from day, afternoon or midnight, so it is easy to schedule things around your shifts weeks in advance.

Cons

As manpower is a temp agency, the company you work for tends to not care about these employees. You can be laid off as easily as you were hired if production slows down or you have poor performance.

Pros

Good team work, great people to work with. You will face multiple tasks. One needs to be fully committed to the goals, to be successful. The benefits include free coffee, fruit, bread and butter and soup in the cafeteria, as much as you like during morning and afternoon breaks and lunch. .

Cons

Seasonal situation: twice a year the team is increased, but later decreased, in December and July. It means no secure job positions. Plus, the company is not clear on what makes you stay or leave the team, so it causes insecurity. Lack of initial training, you must catch it fast, listening one or two employees in action. You might want to take notes.
