Cons
There is a bif room for improvement as well. Despite if company`s efforts to enshance the weak ares, there is still alck of good communication between teams, and sometimes between employee and superior management. Slow processes and lack of highlighting importance of operations side make work less efficient. High turnover and lack of proper training. Salary wise is also not that high, but its still compatable in the market.
