I’m sorry however to learn of your disappointment with pay and rewards. We believe our remuneration is competitive but we’re always thinking of different ways to reward our employees for good work from all areas of the business, as we know how important this is. From team lunches and hampers, to holidays, luxury gifts and five-star award evenings – we try to offer exciting opportunities across each of our brands. I would encourage you to raise this issue in your next review meeting, as we want to ensure you feel valued and rewarded for your achievements.
