Pros
If they have a contract with a larger corporation and you have the skills, it's an "IN" to becoming hired by the corporation...but you must be crafty and ready the policies.
Cons
Your supervisor is in another location...could be in another state. Since you are contractor, your supervisor only has info on your performance by word-of-mouth. If you perform to the expectations of the actual corporation who contracted Manpower, you'll do very well.
