Pros
Manpower place employee's on to a fantastic training course. The Training course gives the opportunity to discuss what it is you WANT to learn on whilst there, and whatever that may be is very much covered by trainers. The bonus structure is very good for Temp and Perm consultants, and there is a lot of opportunity to hit a high amount of bonus if you are committed to your role and willing to put the work in. Great, helpful and pleasant management.
Cons
It is a very fast paced company, which is good if that is what you thrive on (as most employee's in a recruiting role do) however you can often feel like things are piling up on top of you, and you can't find the time to catch up with it all.
